Gentle Energy Work
Reiki Healing
A quiet, restorative session that meets you exactly where you are.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or hands-near healing practice that invites your whole system to soften. During a session, I place my hands lightly on or just above the body so that Life Force energy can move freely where it is needed most. There is nothing you need to believe or do — simply rest and receive.
Energy does not stay neatly in one place. When we are stressed, grieving, or running on empty, tension can settle into the body, the emotions, and even the patterns we keep repeating. Reiki works with the source of the imbalance rather than chasing symptoms, helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more like yourself again.
The Healing Flow of Reiki
By guiding universal energy through you, Reiki restores natural harmony and wellness to both body and mind.
Reiki awakens the flow of life force energy, cultivating a deeply balanced environment for physical and mental healing.
By encouraging the natural flow of energy, Reiki nurtures a vibrant and healthy state of being.
Reiki channels universal energy to restore balance, creating a sanctuary of health within your body and mind.
My Reiki path is grounded in two living traditions. In Contemporary Reiki I completed Level 1, Level 2, Advanced, and Master Teacher Degrees (2007/2008), then continued into Japanese Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho, where I received First, Second, and Master Teacher Degrees (2009–2012). That lineage carries directly back to Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, and I am grateful to stand as sixth in an unbroken line of Masters.
Reiki, True to Its Source
A practice handed down, never repackaged
Reiki began as a devoted path of inner growth, passed from teacher to student with discipline, patience, and care, over years rather than weekends. It asked for a real personal practice: a commitment to keeping the practice pure and true to the way the energy naturally, instinctively moves.
In recent years, Reiki sadly has been shortened into weekend certificates and quick-start courses.
When the depth, discipline, and daily practices are left out, what remains may still be called Reiki, but it no longer carries the true Japanese lineage and teachings behind it.
My work stays true to the way the original Masters taught: Reiki passed in person from teacher to student, practiced every day, and lived through its principles. What I offer is Reiki as it was meant to be: true to form, compassionate, and whole.
A gentle note on choosing
If you are choosing a practitioner, you are welcome to ask who they trained with, and whether they can trace their lineage. Reiki is a living tradition, and it matters that the hands you receive from have truly walked the path and honoured its purest form.
What to Expect
All sessions are offered remotely, allowing you to receive healing in the comfort and familiarity of your own home. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or a loved one, distance is no barrier to Reiki. Just like a loving thought, energy travels guided by intention, making remote sessions profoundly deep and restorative.
We will begin with a brief conversation to connect, after which you can settle into a quiet, comfortable space. As I send the energy from afar, you may feel warmth, gentle tingling, or simply a profound, peaceful stillness—many clients even drift into sleep.
Afterward, we will take a few moments to gently ground the experience, leaving you with simple after-care seeds and suggestions so that deep sense of calm stays with you into the rest of your day.
Booking a Session
Reading appointments can be exchanged for a Reiki healing session. Once you choose a time, I will reach out before our call to confirm your focus and make sure you feel fully supported.
